Stephanie Arnold is a veteran journalist who helps lead daily digital strategy for the website of one of the nation’s largest daily newspapers. She started Wash Creative Strategies, LLC as a way to use her skills and passion for digital production, writing, editing, audience engagement and design to help everyday entrepreneurs tell their stories through digital, print and social media production.
In 2020, she launched ServeSellGrow, a digital course where she leverages her years of sales and customer service training and experience to teach entrepreneurs how to amplify their brands and cultivate loyalty through superior customer care. Using corporate principles and her system to win over clients, she helps entrepreneurs implement a structure to solve customers’ problems quickly and easily while boosting brand loyalty.
Stephanie has served as a trainer, lecturer and thought leader for journalists and non-profit leaders across the United States on ideas and skills ranging from digital tools to branding, PR and Visual Identity. She has been an International Journalism Fellow with the National Association of Black Journalists and the World Health Organization where she was dispatched to East Africa to observe and report on the effects of malaria in pregnant women. She has experience advising executive leadership on critical strategies through periods of reorganization and print-to-digital transitions.
A leader in both business and community, Stephanie is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Echo Collective based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has served on local and regional executive boards and a two-time international director for her sorority, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
